El propósito del proyecto es darle un nuevo aire y concepto al área de la terraza, ampliándose hasta sus límites de propiedad. Se extiende del lado colindante con el Restaurant “El Almacén” y hacia el frente apegado al machuelo.
El concepto de la terraza es industrial / marino. De esta manera se propone que la estructura esté muy expuesta a la vista y que por otra parte el cielo esté recubierto con cabos para hacer referencia a lo marino.
Se agrega un barandal perimetral (frontal y laterales) de vidrio para delimitar lo que será la nueva área de la terraza.
Lo translucido del barandal tiene como propósito hacer lucir una de las modificaciones centrales del proyecto: el piso de la terraza. Se opta por utilizar un piso artesanal (diseño JWT) para poder reflejar la identidad y esencia particular de Santo Mar.
El proyecto siempre considera en las propuestas del diseño el factor tiempo.
The project's purpose is to give a new look and concept to the terrace area, extending itself to its property limits. It extends from the adjacent side to the Restaurant "El Almacén" and forward until the herring.
The concept of the terrace is industrial / marine. Thus it is proposed that the structure is very exposed, and on the other hand the sky is covered with ropes to make reference to the marine idea.
A perimeter glass railing (frontal and lateral) is added to define what will be the new area of the terrace.
The translucent railing aims to show off one of the central interventions of the project: the terrace floor. It is chose to use a handmade floor (JWT design) to reflect Santo Mar’s particular identity and essence.
The project always considers the time factor in the design proposals.
